Symptoms
  • Push Notifications from Mobile Enterprise app do not work on handheld device clients.
Cause

When changing the Exchange Access settings (SmartDashboard - go to "Mobile Access" tab - expand "Applications" - click on "Secure Container Mail Applications"), the following configuration settings are not taken into consideration after policy installation:

  • 'Use encryption (https)' - the default taken into account is HTTPS

  • 'Use non-default path' - the default taken into account is /EWS/Exchange.asmx
