Anti-Virus Blade might not work on a Virtual System R77.10
Symptoms
  • SmartView Tracker does not show any Anti-Virus logs from a Virtual System.

  • SmartView Monitor shows (in upper pane) green "OK" in 'Status' column for a Virtual System.

  • SmartView Monitor shows (in lower pane) that Anti-Virus subscription has expired on a Virtual System, but the expiration date is empty.

    Example:
  • Output of "cpstat -f subscription_status antimalware" command on VSX Gateway shows:

    Anti-Virus subscription status:          expired
    Anti-Virus subscription expiration date:
    Anti-Virus subscription description:     Contract is expired.
