Symptoms

When trying to add static routes to the routemaps on the routed configuration, the synchronization breaks.
Error in messages parse: "routedx.conf:54 Same preference value 1 used more than once"
Seeing routed dying after applying a routemap.

Cause

Route maps with the same preference can cause parse errors by routed.

Adding a routemap kills routed daemon, marking routed as problem state, and bringing cluster member down.
