Connections from DLP Exchange agent are rejected by the DLP gateway Technical Level
Symptoms
  • DLP Exchange agent is started, but cannot get DLP inspection results from the DLP gateway.

  • In DLP Exchange agent GUI, the message tracking logs related to emails sent to the gateway show:
    "Timeout or error sending message to gateway".

  • SmartView Tracker shows reject logs when DLP Exchange agent is connecting to the DLP gateway on port 18301 ("CheckPointExchangeAgent" service).
