UserCheck does not release e-mails in R76 Technical Level
Symptoms
  • When UserCheck is enabled, emails get stuck in the fwdlp process and are not released.

  • If UserCheck is disabled on the gateway object and policy installed, emails that were queued are immediately released and processed according to the DLP policy.

  • Users never gets the UserCheck prompt in their client agent asking them to confirm the email.

  • Users with large tokens cannot authenticate with UserCheck client using SSO
