Symptoms
When UserCheck is enabled, emails get stuck in the fwdlp process and are not released.
If UserCheck is disabled on the gateway object and policy installed, emails that were queued are immediately released and processed according to the DLP policy.
Users never gets the UserCheck prompt in their client agent asking them to confirm the email.
Users with large tokens cannot authenticate with UserCheck client using SSO
