Symptoms
  • Smartview Monitor - 'System Counters' view - open either 'FireWall', or 'FireWall History' - select the relevant Security Gateway - click on 'Export View' icon - save as CSV or as Text - either report contains incorrect values (comparing to report saved as HTML), or an error appears 'Encountered an improper argument'.
