Excessive memory utilization by /bin/confd daemon while /bin/monitord daemon is running:
'ps' command shows that /bin/confd daemon consumes large amounts of memory (both RSS and VSZ). The /bin/confd daemon may restart, temporarily freeing the memory, but memory consumption will rise again.
'top' command shows significant CPU and memory utilization by /bin/confd daemon.
Issue is observed when OS monitoring is enabled on the machine (namely SNMP, and most often SNMPv3).
Memory leak in /bin/confd daemon while /bin/monitord daemon is running.
