Web Portals become unresponsive on Security Gateway
Symptoms
  • SSL VPN Site does not come up.

  • Identity Awareness does not prompt for username and password.

  • URL Filtering Block / Ask page does not load.

    Application Control portal pages do not load.
Cause

There are not enough HTTP sessions available on Security Gateway to host the portal pages.
