UserCheck block page message is not shown when gateway is configured as HTTP Proxy
Symptoms
  • UserCheck block page message is not shown when the gateway is configured as HTTP Proxy.
  • Only a generic browser error message appears. For example, in Internet Explorer, "The page cannot be displayed" appears.
Solution

To resolve the issue, add the portal IP address to the proxy exceptions list in your browser, or use a proxy PAC file to exclude the portal from the connections that require a proxy. This allows the client to connect directly to the portal, without going through the proxy feature.
