Symptoms
  • After importing management configuration from a Standalone cluster to a Management Server in a distributed environment, no logs appear on Smartview Tracker..
Solution
  1. After migration, try to convert the Management Server object from "Gateway" to "Host", by right-clicking on the object and selecting "Convert to Host".
  2. Install database.

Then you should be able to view fw logs on SmartView Tracker.

This solution is about products that are no longer supported and it will not be updated
