HTTPS Inspection was enabled in SmartDashboard ('Application & URL Filtering' tab - Advanced - HTTPS Inspection), and in Policy, the 'Action' was set to 'Inspect'
User connects to HTTPS server, but the page in browser is blank
Kernel debug ('WS' module , flag 'pkt_dump') shows the following information in the dump of HTTP packet : HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden ( The page requires a client certificate as part of the authentication process. If you are using a smart card, you will need to insert your smart card to select an appropriate certificate. Otherwise, contact your server administrator. )
Cause
Client Certificate authentication is not supported by HTTPS Inspection
