Identity Agent does not work for specific users Technical Level
  • Specific users are not able to authenticate via Identity Agent.

  • "data length: XXXX,exceeds the maximum of: YYYY" For example:data length: 8515 ,exceeds the maximum of: 8196" line in the output of pdp debug.

  • Agent shows disconnected, and the Agent log file ia_client.log shows: "404 File Not Found: The URL you requested could not be found on this server."

  • A secondary session request is received from the same IP address, causing logout of the current session.

  • in rare scenarios this issue may occur on Terminal servers as well due to large amount of group membership for specific users.

The limit of CCC message size was reached. This can be the situation with large DC database.
