FDE Client logs not sent to server Technical Level
Symptoms
  • On FDE MI client version 7.4 HFA1, no FDE client logs are sent from the clients to the server. This means that when examining the properties of a device in the MI Management Console, no client logs can be seen.
  • Install messages, such as "Install completed" and "Install failed" can be seen.
  • The FDE logs can, however, be viewed from the local FDE Management Console (on the actual client).
