Partial or incomplete boot menu on UTM-1/Power-1 appliance Technical Level
Symptoms
  • The "Reset to factory defaults" option does not appear on the console boot menu or on the appliance's front LCD panel.
  • After finishing first time wizard the WebUI hangs while stating: "Packages are being installed".
Solution

Note: This Solution applies to xx70 series appliances only. See sk33876 for xx50 series appliances.
