"SmartCenter CA is not running" error in SmartView Monitor
Symptoms
  • "Unable to contact Certificate Authority on the SmartCenter Station. Please make sure the Certificate Authority daemon is running" error message when trying to open any node.

  • The CPCA process on MDS has "N/A" or "down" status.

  • Same error when trying to set up a secondary Management, and the time of both managements differ in at least one hour. This error appears on the secondary Management.

  • "SmartCenter CA is not running" error in the SmartView Monitor.
