"Network per CPU" in CPView / SecureXL does not show traffic distribution for all CPUs

Symptoms

The tab CPVIEW -> Advanced -> SecureXL -> Network-per-CPU displays data for one CPU only. There are zeros (0) for all other CPUs.

The issue is cosmetic and applies only to the CPView window. Traffic passes correctly.
