Package import in Gaia WebUI fails after upgrade to Deployment Agent 2176 when using Internet Explorer.
In Gaia Portal, the full file name of a package appears instead of just the package name.
Example of full file name (problem behavior): C:\Users\Desktop\ngm_upgrade_wrapper_996000395_1.tgz
Example of package name (expected behavior): ngm_upgrade_wrapper_996000395_1.tgz
This error message appears next to Browse:
"The package name must contain only '0-9', Latin 'a-z A-Z', or '-_' characters and must end with the .tgz or .tar"
