SmartProvisioning loses multiple dynamic objects after installing policy on a Quantum Spark Appliance

Symptoms

When using SmartProvisioning and configuring the Security Gateway object as a Dynamic Object with "Multiple Values", after installing the Security Policy, the Security Gateway only keeps the first defined range in the output of "dynamic_objects -l" from Expert mode.

Pushing Dynamic Objects results in a full list:

object name : ExampleDynamicObjectName

range 0 : 10.10.231.1           10.10.231.5
range 1 : 10.10.231.131         10.10.231.140
range 2 : 10.10.231.200         10.10.231.210

Policy installation results in removing 2 ranges:

object name : ExampleDynamicObjectName
range 0 : 10.10.231.1           10.10.231.5
