Important Notes:

  • To upgrade your environment to R81.20, make sure to follow the instructions in the Administration Guides below.

    All the required packages referenced in the Administration Guides are listed in the table below.

    Use these packages only according to the instructions in the Administration Guides.

  • You must upgrade your environment in this order:

    1. Upgrade your Management Server to the required version that can manage the R81.20 Security Groups - see sk113113
    2. In Maestro environment, upgrade your Maestro Orchestrators to R81.20
    3. Upgrade your Security Groups to R81.20

To see the current release Version and Take on the Orchestrator, do one of these:

  • In Gaia Portal:
    1. From the left, click the Overview page.
    2. The "Check Point Maestro" line shows the release Version.
    3. The "Build Number" line shows the release Take.
  • In Gaia Clish:
    1. To see the release Version, run: show version product
    2. To see the release Take, run: show version os build

R81.20 Clean Install Package for Scalable Platforms

  • If your Maestro Orchestrator runs R81.10 Take 335, then before you can upgrade it to R81.20, you must install R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 14 or higher.
  • See the R81.20 installation instructions in the R81.20 Maestro Admin Guide > Chapter "Upgrading Maestro to R81.20" > Section "Upgrading Maestro Environment with the Minimum Downtime" or Section "Upgrading Maestro Environment as a Multi-Version Cluster (Zero Downtime)" > Step 2.
