Office 365 Group does not appear in Harmony Email & Office Technical Level
Symptoms
  • A new Microsoft Office 365 group does not show in Harmony Email & Office.

  • Changes to Office 365 user mailboxes are not reflected in the Harmony Email and Office portal.

Cause

It takes up to 24 hours until new users/groups appear in the portal (user synchronization occurs once in 24 hours).
