In case the Management Server is reverted to one of its older revisions, the status of the connection to Infinity Portal may be incorrectly reflected. This happens because the server configuration is altered, while the Infinity Portal status is not.
Reconnect the Management Server to Infinity Portal:
- Run disconnect from "Cloud Services" tab in SmartConsole or run disconnect-cloud-services API command on the Management Server.
- In the Infinity Portal, regenerate an OTP token.
- Run connect from "Cloud Services" tab in SmartConsole or connect-cloud-services API command on the Management Server.
