Gateways are missing from Infinity SOC gateways list Technical Level
Symptoms
  • Infinity SOC is activated but Security Gateways are missing in the Security Gateways list.
  • The portal is not receiving logs from the missing gateways.
  • Global Settings> Contracts > Associated Accounts > Sync does not solve the issue.
