"Status information is missing" in the Compliance status of SmartEndpoint when "Windows Server Update Service" is enabled in Compliance policy Technical Level
  • All Endpoint Security clients installed with Compliance feature fail to report the correct Compliance status, while the Compliance policy is set to check Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
  • In SmartEndpoint Console, the status "Status information is missing" appears.
  • There is a line in Compliance.log on the client side:
    [error] [InfoProviderSet]QueryInt - query=wsus.default,options=,errorType=-1005912006
