"Connection Token is invalid" error when trying to login to SmartConsole with Harmony Endpoint Technical Level
  • Users cannot connect to the cloud tenant from SmartConsole.
  • When trying to login to SmartConsole, the error message "Connection Token is invalid" appears, even when the token ID is correct.

The admin account password used to log in to SmartConsole is set to "OS Password" instead of "Check Point Password".
