Symptoms
  • Desktop Policy installation fails with an internal error: "Policy installation had failed due to an internal error. If the problem persists please contact Check Point support."
  • The Desktop Policy installation works correctly only when it is installed together with Access Policy.
  • $FWDIR/log/fwm.elg shows:
