"Failed to load Virtual Network Adapter" error message right after EPPatcher deployment Technical Level
Symptoms
  • In some scenarios, after the deployment of the Patch, the following error messages appears: "Failed to load Virtual Network Adapter" or "connectivity with the VPN service is lost."
Cause

An attempt to install the Endpoint VPN Client before applying the patch was made.


Solution

In most cases, a reboot is required to solve the issue.

If a reboot does not solve the issue, contact Check Point support.
