Symptoms
Security Gateway tries to fetch the policy from the real IP address of the Management Server instead of the public IP address.
Security Gateway sends logs to the real IP address of the Management Server instead of the public IP address.
SmartConsole shows the status of VPN tunnels established with the Security Gateway as "Down."
