"Error: Operation timed out" message when trying to connect with SmartConsole.
The CPU and memory usage of CPM process may be abnormally high.
During debug, the $MDS_FWDIR/log/cpm.elg file shows:

Many notifications while login attempt which blocks the FWM process to authenticate.
