Endpoint Security Client machine experiences slowness during Windows OS updates.
Windows Task Manager shows that during the Windows updates process, the Forensics service (EFRService.exe) consumes high amount of CPU resources.
Cause
During the Windows updates process, a lot of operations are being made by the Windows OS. There operations are monitored by the Forensics service causing it to use high amount of CPU resources.
