"Internal Server Error" when users connect to the Internet in Harmony Connect Technical Level
Symptoms
  • Use case 1: Remote users
    - Install the Harmony Connect App for Windows 10 or Mac
    - Launch the app
    - Enter a corporate email address (in some cases, the system automatically fills this step)
    - A pop-up window appears with a request to enter a corporate sign-on password (in some cases, the user is 
    automatically identified and does not need to enter the sign-on password)
    - The pop-up window contains this message: "Could not log in: Internal server error"
    
  • Use case 2: Users in branch offices
    - When the user accesses the Internet, a response page asks the user to sign in with corporate
     credentials (in some cases, the system automatically fills this step)
    - The web browser responds with this error message: "Could not log in: Internal server error"
