Migrate Import of R77.x Management to R80.x fails due to expired admin accounts Technical Level
Symptoms
  • Migrate export from R77.x environment is successful but "migrate import" on R80.x Management fails with error "Migrate import failed".

    Caused by: org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: An internal error has occurred.
Cause
The problem is in R77.30 database. The Administrator objects in SmartConsole are expired or incorrectly configured in R77.x environment.
