"No log servers available" error in SmartConsole Technical Level
Symptoms
  • The $RTDIR/log_indexes folder is empty after we restore management server from a snapshot.
  • "No log servers available" error is displayed in SmartConsole -> Logs & Monitor and there are no logs.
Cause
The $RTDIR/log_indexes/template folder is not included in the Gaia snapshot by default.
