How to associate User Center acquired contracts with a Harmony Connect account Technical Level
Symptoms
  • When customers begin using Harmony Connect, they get a 30-day trial. During the trial period, customers can purchase a license by contacting their Check Point sales representatives.
  • Infinity Portal does not show that Harmony Connect has changed from a trial period with an expiration date to a purchased license with an updated expiration date.
Solution
Once you purchase the license
  • Navigate to Global Settings > Contracts
  • Click Associate Account
  • Enter your Check Point User Center credentials
  • Select your purchased Harmony Connect licenses
  • Harmony Connect shows as activated. The new expiration date gets updated.

For issues activating Harmony Connect licenses, please submit a support ticket for Harmony Connect.
