This is a cosmetic issue. The Threat Prevention package did not include the current policy and cannot be uninstalled.
To resolve the issue, do the following:
- Add the Threat Prevention Policy via "Manage policies and layers" for the access policy with the issue.
- Under Cluster property, activate IPS and AV/AB, and push the access and Threat Prevention policy.
- Under cluster property, deactivate IPS and AV/AB, and uninstall the Threat Prevention policy by clicking on the "uninstall TP policy: when pushing policy." When prompted, install the policy (this will uninstall the Threat Prevention policy.
4. Install the access policy again.
You should not see the warning now, and the issue should be resolved.
