Symptoms
  • The output of 'cphaprob stat' command shows 'HA module not started' when a large number of non-monitored Cluster interfaces have been configured.

  • The output of the $FWDIR/log/cphaconf.elg shows the 'start' word as the last word within.

  • Cluster membership has been enabled in CPconfig and the Cluster Policy has been pushed from the Security Management.

  • Running the 'cphastart' command resolves the issue temporarily until the next time 'cpstop' is performed on the Gateway or the Gateway is rebooted.

  • CPHAMCSET process does not exist in cpwd_admin list.
