Mobile Access Portal times out while using WEBRDP (HTML 5) Technical Level
Symptoms
  • The user connects to the Mobile Access portal and opens WEBRDP (HTML 5). The user is constantly working on the RDP session. The Mobile Access portal main page is receiving a notification that the session was disconnected as it reached the idle timeout.
Cause

The Gateway considers WEBRDP sessions as idle when no action is taken on the Mobile Access portal itself.  As long as no actions were performed by the user in the Mobile Access portal while the user is working on the RDP, the "disconnect idle sessions after" will be enforced.
