A version of the installed Capsule Docs client is not compatible with an installed version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.


Refer to sk157772 - Microsoft Office and Adobe reader versions approved for Capsule Docs minimal version to check the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader version that is compatible with Capsule Docs client.

If the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader is higher than mentioned in sk157772, downgrade the Adobe Acrobat Reader version and disable the automatic updates.
