"No Data Found" displayed in all SmartEvent Widgets
Symptoms
  • "No Data Found" displayed in all SmartEvent Widgets.
  • 'cpstat cpsead' command output shows increasing number of correlated logs.
  • 'cpstat cpsemd' command output does not show an increased counter or change in log file position.
Cause

There were no Firewall session logs, it was not turned on in the security policy. In order for SmartEvent to be able to work with firewall logs coming from R80.X Security Gateways, the Security Gateways have to create those logs as type 'sessions'.
