Running the result of the command fw tab -t uc_log_suppression_data -s" shows that table capacity has been filled out.
Cause
User Check is enabled on some particular policy rules that have a high hit rate. The hit incident spike filled the table uc_log_suppression_data. As a result, new incidents failed to update in the table.
