QoS Time Objects are not enforced in R80.20 Technical Level
Symptoms
  • QoS rules with Time Ranges are not enforced after upgrading to R80.20.
  • Time object does not expire, even after the next day. Clearing the connections to enforce rules on new connection does not resolve the issue(# fw tab -t connections -x or SAM rules from sk112061).
Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

 

For other supported versions, Check Point can supply a Hotfix. Contact Check Point Support to get a Hotfix for this issue.
A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
For faster resolution and verification, please collect CPinfo files from the Security Management Server and Security Gateways involved in the case.
