"The server did not provide a meaningful reply" error when trying to login to R80.10 SmartConsole Technical Level
Symptoms
  • Error when trying to log in to R80.10 SmartConsole while other users can successfully connect:

    "The server did not provide a meaningful reply;
    this might be caused by a contract mismatch, a
    premature session shutdown or an internal server error."

  • The following error can be seen in CPM log file (cpm.elg):
