The user was not identified as an admin contact in the portal account container.
Ask your company's portal administrator to update the user on the "Admins" list. For instructions on how to add users, refer to the "Admins" section (Under "Settings") in the Check Point Infinity Portal Administration Guide. Only an administrator on the account is permitted to add users to the admin list.
