"No Accounts Associated" message in Infinity Portal Technical Level
Symptoms
  • The user receives a message that "No accounts associated" with the Infinity Portal account.

Cause

The user was not identified as an admin contact in the portal account container.


Solution

Ask your company's portal administrator to update the user on the "Admins" list. For instructions on how to add users, refer to the "Admins" section (Under "Settings") in the Check Point Infinity Portal Administration Guide. Only an administrator on the account is permitted to add users to the admin list.

If the user has been added to the list and the message still appears, Contact Check Point Support for further assistance.
