SmartConsole freezes when accessing MTA settings in Security gateway properties Technical Level
  • When user clicks on Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) options in the Security gateway settings or on 'Next hop' column inside MTA settings, SmartConsole shows "Not Responding" and freezes.

There is a query inside MTA, responsible for retrieving all of the relevant MTA objects. A large amount of relevant objects on the server might cause this query to take a long time and freeze SmartConsole.
