SmartConsole freezes when accessing MTA settings in Security gateway properties

When user clicks on Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) options in the Security gateway settings or on 'Next hop' column inside MTA settings, SmartConsole shows "Not Responding" and freezes.
There is a query inside MTA, responsible for retrieving all of the relevant MTA objects. A large amount of relevant objects on the server might cause this query to take a long time and freeze SmartConsole.
