"HTTP 500" error displayed in the browser instead of the UserCheck page
Symptoms
  • "HTTP 500" error displayed in the browser instead of the UserCheck page.
  • UserCheck page is not shown when traffic is redirected to it.
  • UserCheck page is not shown when trying to access the page directly.
  • The following errors are seen in /opt/CPUserCheckPortal/log/error_log:
    [:error] PHP Warning: Unknown: open(/opt/CPUserCheckPortal/session/sess_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in Unknown on line 0
    
    [:error] PHP Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/opt/CPUserCheckPortal/session) in Unknown on line 0
Cause

The directory /opt/CPUserCheckPortal/session is missing from the Security Gateway.
