High CPU load of Endpoint Security Client 'cpda.exe' process on Windows Server
Symptoms
  • Many high CPU load (30%-40%) spikes of the cpda.exe process.
  • In %DADIR%\Logs\cpda.log, see the following error line repeated multiple times:

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
For faster resolution and verification please collect CPinfo file from the Endpoint Security Client involved in the case.
