Unable to set a group for OneDrive policy scope in CloudGuard SaaS Threat protection module Technical Level
  • When configuring the scope for OneDrive policy, no groups are available though users can be seen.
  • There is unlimited license assigned as per sk153492.

"Office 365 Emails"  is not configured and only OneDrive is being scanned.


This is expected behaviour; Configuring a group as a scope is not supported for OneDrive when "Office365 emails" is disabled.

This solution has been verified for the specific scenario, described by the combination of Product, Version and Symptoms. It may not work in other scenarios.
