Unable to log into a single Domain from MDM SmartConsole
Symptoms
  • "Unable to connect to server. Please make sure the server is up and running." error when trying to log into single Domain from SmartConsole.

  • The CPM.elg file shows:

    DATE TIME,PID INFO coresvc.internal.LoginSvcImpl [qtp1522331998-718378]: Sending authentication request to fwm of domain a043b7f2-4eca-401c-982e-12fe2a640b11 in port 30000 javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: Could not send Message.

    Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: ConnectException invoking
    https://localhost:30000/cp_service: Connection refused (Connection refused)

  • The Domain in question is missing from "/opt/CPmds-R80/conf/mdsdb/webservices_cmas_ports.conf" file.
