Remote Access VPN users fail to authenticate with "Access denied - wrong user name or password" error
Symptoms
  • Remote Access VPN users cannot authenticate with: "Access denied - wrong user name or password"
  • Uninstalling the Jumbo Hotfix Take_169 or higher resolves the issue.
Cause

R80.10 Security Gateway was upgraded to Jumbo Hotfix Take_169 or higher. Wrong LDAP group was defined for using nested groups or groups with filter.
