Identity Agent fails to authenticate using Kerberos SSO
Symptoms
  • Identity Agent fails to authenticate using Kerberos SSO with "The request is too long" line in the output of PDP debug
  • Agent shows authenticating, and the Agent log file ia_client.log shows: "404 File Not Found: The URL you requested could not be found on this server."
Cause

Very large Kerberos ticket and the agent fallback to User/Password authentication.
