- Events from R80.10 Security Gateways do not appear in R80.10 SmartEvent. (Events from non-R80.10 Security Gateways do appear.)
Log settings are set to "Log per Connection" and not to "Log per Session".
To resolve this issue, enable session logging as follows:
- Go to the relevant policy rule.
- In the Track Column, select "Log" and click the "more.." option.
- In the "Log Generation" section, select "Per Session".
- Install the policy.
